Icon10 Why do people leave their job?

Why do people leave their job?

Better pay-package, higher positions or relocation?
Having to cope with Toxic Managers and subordinates is probably one of the main reason driving people to change their job.

A very interesting concept is making round in the Internet about How to get rid of your boss.

What is your take on this?

Monotony fetches fatigue. People need a change. One of the reasons among many why people switch jobs is "just the heck of it". Its against the "inertia" principle, though it is true to a certain extent. Gone are the days when people stick to a job for life.

Opportunity

Forward-thinking professionals leave their jobs for better opportunities...for growth, for challenge, for further mentoring. IMHO, this is the ultimate reason for people leaving their jobs.

Hi,
I think it's depends on the individual, because professional leave their job for better opportunities, for new challenges ands growth. Some people leave their jobs only for money.
