NICE.....

Wait for the employer to make the actual job offer because as a job seeker, you are not in the position to initiate the salary negotiations.AND Look at the entire compensation package being offered, not just the salary.

Good Points........

If we have experience, we can expect and demand the required salary but as a fresher we must accept the salary whatever they offer!!

In the initial stages of job search, it is better to avoid dreaming about the salary....experience is more important!!
