Why do you want the salary to be in USD?
Is there any specific advantage?
I would expect the salary to be paid in INR in India.

For the answer, No, I dont know of any company.
May be foreign employees in India are paid in dolars. Not Indians.

Knock a few zeros off that. These days anyone who can get a starting salary of $50,000/year is doing exceptionally well. You are not going to get $500,000 a YEAR, no less per month!

BTW, you fail to mention your university degrees. They are in ...?? No degrees, no jobs at all.

I have heard people say they can save 50,000 to 1 lakh rupees per month when in onsite. May not be completely true, as areas like Bay Area/ California are pretty costly in US.

well, this is confusing question. Why would any1 want payment in USD in india. The banks gives very less conversion rate i.e Rs40 per dollar in india. So stay careful.

Thanks
